The architecture

Signed in 2021 by Studio Marazzi & Partners, the villa is born from a dialogue between the granite of the hillside and glass. Its volumes open toward the bay in a single horizontal gesture; the infinity pool carries the eye to the sea without interruption. Six hundred and ten square metres that never impose on the landscape, but frame it.

The interiors

Inside, natural materials — local stone, oak, burnished brass — build a warm, quiet atmosphere. Light is the true furnishing: it enters low in the morning and settles across the floors at dusk. Home automation, climate, security and lighting scenes respond to a single touch, the technology never on show.

The setting

On the hill of Cala di Volpe, the property enjoys an open view over the bay and absolute privacy. The heart of the Costa Smeralda — Porto Cervo, the Pevero, the coves of Romazzino — lies minutes away, yet not a sound reaches here.
